What we send

When you opt in, RHOVO Labs may send informational and customer-care text messages about your inquiry or project, such as replies to your questions, kickoff scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account or billing notices. We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.

How you opt in

• By checking the SMS consent box on a form on rhovolabs.com and submitting it with your phone number.
• By asking us to text you during a phone call or your kickoff, which we confirm with a first message you can reply STOP to.
• By sending us a text message first.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to receive text messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from RHOVO Labs. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18; if we learn that a number belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it from the program.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, depending on where your inquiry or project is; most people receive a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one final message confirming you have opted out, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You can also email support@rhovolabs.com or call 332-286-0546.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network operator, and depends on your carrier, device, coverage, and plan. Messages may be delayed or not delivered in all areas at all times. RHOVO Labs and the participating wireless carriers (including, without limitation, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates and partners) are not responsible or liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any errors, damages, or losses resulting from them.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in data are used only to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
