Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

• Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, start a free trial, complete our onboarding questions, or email or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name and details, your current website and social links, and anything you tell us about your project.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Authorize.net through a secure hosted payment form. Your card details are entered directly with Authorize.net; we never see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation and a payment profile reference so we can bill your plan.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you visit. See "Cookies and tracking" below for exactly what the site stores and loads.

Cookies and tracking

We keep tracking to a minimum. rhovolabs.com does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share browsing data for targeted advertising.

What the site does use:

• Strictly necessary storage. The site saves a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so it works properly: whether your free trial has been started (so your confirmation shows when you come back), whether you have completed the onboarding questions, and, on our internal admin page only, a session login. These are not shared with anyone, contain no card details, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.
• Payment processing. The secure checkout form is served by Authorize.net. Authorize.net may set its own cookies or use similar technologies to prevent fraud and operate the form; those are governed by Authorize.net's privacy policy.
• Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google states it does not use these requests for tracking or advertising.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability, and keeps them for a limited time.
• Analytics. We do not currently run analytics or measurement tools on rhovolabs.com. If we add one, we will update this section to name the tool, what it collects, and how to opt out.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking local storage will not stop the site from working, but your trial confirmation and onboarding progress will not be remembered between visits. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because we do not perform the tracking those signals are designed to limit.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
• To set up and deliver your website, CRM, chatbot, booking, and follow-up, and to support them after launch.
• To bill your plan, send receipts, and handle payment issues.
• To send service messages such as kickoff scheduling, reminders, progress updates, and monthly reports.
• To improve our website and services.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email. We will still send service messages that are part of delivering your plan, such as billing receipts.

Text messaging (SMS) consent and data

You can opt in to text messages from RHOVO Labs by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, by asking us to text you during a call or at your kickoff, or by texting us first. Opting in is never a condition of purchase. We send informational and customer-care messages only: replies to your inquiry, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account or billing notices. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email support@rhovolabs.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the messaging platform that delivers the messages on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver them. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We keep a record of when and how you opted in, the consent wording you agreed to, and any opt-out, so we can honor your choice.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers we use to run our business and deliver your plan, and only as needed for that purpose:

• GoHighLevel, the CRM and messaging platform where inquiries and client records are stored and where automated follow-up is sent.
• Authorize.net, which processes payments.
• Our hosting, email, and domain providers.
• Professional advisors, and authorities when the law requires it.
• A successor business if RHOVO Labs is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Your website and your customers' data

If we build and host a website or CRM for you, the data your customers submit through it belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to run the site and the systems connected to it, and we do not use it for our own purposes. You are responsible for your own privacy notice to your customers; we are glad to help you put one together.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we work together and for as long as we need it afterwards for accounting, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@rhovolabs.com.
• You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of marketing emails by unsubscribing.
• You can contact us about any privacy question at the details below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and hosted payment processing so that card details never pass through our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will let current clients know by email.
